Pande v. Galaxe Solutions, Inc.:
Superior Court of New Jersey, Somerset County
US District Court, Southern District of New York
Ayesha represents Suresh Pande in his claims against his former employer for unpaid bonuses earned and confirmed in 2 written agreements. Galaxe maintains that they are not required to pay Mr. Pande his bonuses even though the CEO induced him and other employees to defer payment of their bonuses until the end of 2018 when the company would be sold. In response to our suit, Galaxe sued Mr. Pande and his wife, a homemaker, for alleged violation of a confidentiality agreement.
McGee v. Relevate Health Group:
U.S. District of New Jersey
Attorney Hamilton represents Ms. McGee in her claims for unpaid commissions arising from deals that she closed for the Defendant and was terminated right before the final deal paperwork was signed. Relevate states that it is not required to pay the commissions earned by Ms. McGee because she was terminated a month before the contract with the client was signed and further, they have challenged her assertion that she generated the business from which the commissions arose.
