Ayesha Hamilton, Esq. and the Hamilton Law Firm represent Mr. Jermaine Curry, a former corrections officer, in his claims against the NJ DOC for retaliation arising from his complaints about violations of SOPs by superior officers as well as highlights a pattern of DOC discrimination against African American officers who receive harsher disciplinary penalties than caucasian officers with more egregious violations.

Pande v. Galaxe Solutions, Inc.:

Superior Court of New Jersey, Somerset County

US District Court, Southern District of New York

We represent Suresh Pande in his claims against his former employer for unpaid bonuses earned and confirmed in 2 written agreements. Galaxe maintains that they are not required to pay Mr. Pande his bonuses even though the CEO induced him and other employees to defer payment of their bonuses until the end of 2018 when the company would be sold. In response to our suit, Galaxe sued Mr. Pande and his wife, a homemaker, for alleged violation of a confidentiality agreement.
